How Nepsis Transformed Their Marketing with HubSpot Integration

The financial Advisory Firm “Nepsis” struggled to implement its desired marketing efforts because it lacked a suitable CRM and marketing automation platform. While they had been using Salesforce, it was too complex for their needs and ineffective for their marketing initiatives. They required a more user-friendly solution to streamline their marketing and sales processes.

GK3 Capital recommended transitioning to HubSpot, and Nepsis agreed. We customized HubSpot to fit their branding and operational needs by connecting subdomains for new landing pages, importing a branded theme, and creating email templates for future campaigns. We set up workflows for lead management, notifications for sales teams, and contact lifecycle stages. 

Additionally, we implemented active email lists, lead scoring, forms for marketing campaigns, and built customized dashboards. As a result, Nepsis is now successfully running marketing campaigns and is fully satisfied with the HubSpot setup.
